Ganesh Visarjan 2017 Live on TV – Sept 5 – Lalgaugcha Raja Visarjan

Culminating the 11-day long celebrations of Ganeshotsav, Mumbai is all set to bid farewell to its favourite god – Lord Ganesha idols on Tuesday, September 5, 2017. This day is known as Anant Chaturdashi.

On this day Idols of Ganesha are immersed in nearby sea, lake or pond. This is known as Ganesh Visarjan, Ganesh Immersion or Ganapati Nimajjan.

The visarjan will be carried out amidst tight security in Mumbai.

The popular Ganesh idol immersion points are Juhu Beach at Chowpaty, Dadar – Shivaji Park, Vile Parle and Santacruz, Versova Beach, Powai etc.

The Immersion / Visarjan Procession of famous Ganesh Idols in Mumbai like Lalgaugcha Raja, Ganesh Galli, Girgaoncha Raja and many other big Ganesh idols will be shown live on TV.
